Partying Hard Before We Move!!

We were trying to fit everything that we wanted to do before we moved in August. We had always wanted to do something with our Landlord Brad and his fiance before we moved. He was the one that kicked out our awful upstairs neighbors and made living where we were at so much better. We really loved getting to know him. We ate dinner at El Matador and then went to a cool car show!! These were me favorite cars there!

Hanging out at the Wilson's before I left for a baby shower.
Matt fit in some golf with friends and family. I am guessing this picture says he didn't do so good this time?:).

There was also the Wilson Family reunion. Matt's family was in charge of the big family this year and they did a great job! The kids got to get their faces painted. Here is Derek and Callie.

Krissie was very lucky to have the kids paint on her. Wow she is nice very patient!

Julie and Cory were so nice to throw us a gluten-free dinner in the honor of us before we left!! I still remember what we had. It was yummy! Chicken shishkabobs and cucumber sauce.
French Tommy trying out the dessert just making sure it tasted delicious!!

Ang made the cupcakes or should I say the tabletop cupcakes! They still tasted good though!
I also was saying goodbye to my piano students. It seriously was one of the hardest things I had to do. I had invested SO much time and effort to teach for those 4 years. They wrote me thank you cards, gave me presents, chocolates, etc. The parents were so good to me, I will always remember teaching and it will always be a great chapter in my life.

I also made a table out of scrap pallet wood at my friend Stephanie's house! I saw it and thought I could make a table out of it!! So we did! Stephanie was so nice to help. This was the result. Matt uses it as a bookshelf for his Law books. It has fallen apart, but Matt has been very nice to fix it even though he probably wants to throw it away. What's a last thing you want to do before you move? Build a table with a good friend!! We loved our ward, neighbors, jobs and being close to family, but we were ready to move and start our next chapter in our life!!
